U. K. R. by Brandiss: "2010 Resolutions and Goals"

There's just something exciting about starting a new year off with goals to accomplish. For most people it is an annual tradition. How many of us actually follow through with goals and resolutions past the first few months of the year??

Well, I'll speak for myself... I dont keep resolutions! Never have! But this time around, for some reason, Im more optimistic about setting a resolution and planning goals to reach. AND since this will be on this BLOG, I have some level of accountability.

So of course I have HAIR goals! This is new for me also. I mean I've joined hair challenges but never really followed through with them. I always thought people that made hair goals were crazy. Especially the ones that have 2 inches of hair and are aiming for bra strap length hair by the end of the year! (BTW, I still think those folks are crazy) But I think setting a REALISTIC goal for your hair is definitely a good thing. So my main goal is keeping my hair healthy this upcoming year and I would like to grow AND retain 4-5 inches of hair. There! Simple as that! I am revising my regimen (which I should have been posted for you guys!) to include MORE moisture because my hair NEEDS it to survive. I will post that later.

I have personal resolutions and goals also... some of which I will share with you guys:
1) ) I need to be more consistent with everything in general.

2) Eliminate procrastination.

3) Enhance my spiritual journey.

4)Put my handmade items in my Etsy shop to sell.

5)Save more money... No impulse shoe buying!

6) COMPLETE my portfolio so I can go back to school.

I am thinking I should start a support group on NaturalSunshine for those of us who are trying to accomplish goals and stay on top of resolutions for this  upcoming year. Yep, I'll do that this week.

So what are your resolutions/goals for 2010? OR Why do you or don't you make goals/resolutions?

I think I used to do them but never followed through LOL. My goal will be for 2010 to finally get started and hopefully have in print my book.

For my hair, to wear it out more. I won't lie since having my daughter i've grown extremely lazy with styling.

Leave the house more not be a homebody.

Stick to a single regimen for a least 6 months, hopefully longer lol. :-)

I don't do resolutions, either. I do have things I would like to focus on this year, though.

1 Attend more live concerts
2 Get my g.p.a. up to 3.5
