I Don't "GET" Your Hair! [U.K.R. by Brandiss]

"Slim, I don't 'get' your hair!" That's what my grandad said to me while staring at my pinned-up 3 day old twistout.

So I asked him what did he mean by that. He said, "Your hair is so different. But I mean its YOU. You like it that's all that matters."

I just smiled and said, "Thank you."

I know he didn't mean any harm when he said that, but it just reminds me how my hair sets apart from the crowd. It reminds me that I'm being ME. And that's all I need to do!

So ladies, just as a friendly reminder, no matter what is said about your hair, or WHO says it, you've got to own it! The holidays are here and I know you all will be representing with some fly hair styles when you step out on the town... so keep that in mind!
