Do you know the Target Queen, Rachel Stewart? You need to! She is very beautiful and very talented. She is an artist, a blogger and she designs jewelry. I just ordered two pairs of earrings from her today and I CANNOT wait to get them.
She is my current Hair Idol and hands down gets the Most Naturally Fabulous Blogger of the Year award! No matter what length, she ROCKS her natural real hard. She styles her hair beatifully with each phase.
